well, I know the first doctor made babies, since he had a granddaughter, and I know if you count the TV movie as cannon that the Doctor himself is half human, or so he said, but I dunno about it being cannon that he made babies with a human too. but I haven't seen every single classic ep out there, so I could be wrong.
