Did you know that Eliza speaking and Eliza singing are two different actresses? When she sings it's a voice-over.
My trouble is that my fake accent migrates around. I'm trying for a regular old London-generic-Estuary accent and then I tend to slip into Received and from there... right back down to SA, lol. I mean, I can even pull off a Manchester-ish accent for like... a few sentences, but the longer I keep it up the less convincing it becomes!
Obviously it's possible to master this cause professional actors do it all the time. I think I'm just going to be doing a lot of practicing!
