Deep Thoughts - Day Five

Well, I just recently discovered this fantastic cover, and it's been in my head all week, so that's why I picked this one. Lyrics aside, it's ethereal, swirling, shifting qualities do describe my mood this week. The vocals are so personal, almost as if Annie is singing secrets right into my ear, and the chimes have a vaguely carnival-like implication, as if I am standing there with all these strange and brightly colored things swirling around me, things that don't make sense and don't belong anywhere else, and are softly lit and twinkling, and I'm just staring in wonderment while it all just passes around me, cycling back again and again.
Yep. That's been my mood this week.
