14. When you are stressed, what can you use as an outlet? Why do you think it helps you?

Something repetitive. I dunno. Today I fed my garden. It was EXTREMELY repetitive - scoop plant food, fill watering can, pour on dirt, repeat, repeat, repeat. And it relaxed me. I like to draw designs, like maybe on graph paper, where I repeat a pattern over and over again and at the end I have a whole sheet of this repeating pattern all hand-drawn - that kind of thing really de-stresses me, I guess because it requires a certain amount of thought and attention, which keeps my thoughts and attention away from whatever is causing me stress.
