Took this one from
honorh
1. Who was your FIRST prom date?
Ummm... do most people go to more than one prom, such that there will be a first, second, and etc date? Anyway, I dropped out of high school, I didn't have a prom.
2. Do you still talk to your FIRST love?
No, and I don't have a way to get in touch with her, either
3. What was your FIRST alcoholic drink?
The whole drink, or just a sip? I tasted some moonshine once. It was in an unmarked jar in her parents' liquor cabinet, and I thought it was a prank and I was drinking cologne or drain cleaner or something. My first actual drink was cheap vodka and Turkey Hill lemonade. It didn't get me drunk, and it didn't taste very good either. Kind of like bad lemonade.
4. What was your FIRST job?
Drive-thru at McDonald's
5. What was your FIRST car?
'92 Honda Accord
6. Who was the FIRST person to text you today?
Nobody texted me today. I am not popular.
8. Who was your FIRST grade teacher, tell us about them?
Miss R. She had very expressive eyebrows. Also hers was the only class that put on a play in the spring, and I got the starring role :) She had a basket full of wallpaper samples that we could use for crafts and stuff, and I went through the basket and took the very best ones and kept them in my desk all year. I never actually used them. I was a little hoarder of a child :) She didn't make me put them back tho. She also gave me a little card with a rooster on it for every day I actually behaved in class. This was to encourage me to be good. It worked pretty well.
9. Where did you go on your FIRST airplane ride?
Heathrow airport in London and then directly onto another plane
10. Who was your FIRST best friend & do you still talk?
Elizabeth, and no, she died when we were in middle school
11. Where was your FIRST sleep over?
Elizabeth's, and I remember her brother dumped a glass of water on me (on purpose) and I couldn't get over the fact that he did it IN THE HOUSE. I'm not sure why it shocked me so much at the time, but I talked about it for like months afterwards.
13. Whose wedding were you in the FIRST time?
I've never been in a wedding. My sister is getting married in December and I'm in her wedding tho.
14. What was the FIRST thing you did this morning?
Hm. I stretched.
15. What was the FIRST concert you ever went to?
I don't know, I've been going to concerts my whole life, my mom was a professional musician and so were all her friends, I don't even remember. If the question means popular music, I think it was the Counting Crows at Hershey. Before that I had seen a lot of locally known bands at like the all-ages club in town or the fire hall or the school auditorium. I have no idea who I saw first.
16. FIRST tattoo?
No tattoos, guys. Maybe someday.
17. FIRST piercing?
My ears, when I was almost five. I remember the lady who pierced them told me that if I cried, she wouldn't pierce the other one. Guess what? It kind of hurt, and I really really wanted to cry, just a little. Small children are very sensitive to things, I have gotten other things pierced since then and nothing hurt as much as getting my ears pierced as a kid!
18. FIRST foreign country you went to?
Canada, to see Niagara Falls and also to drink and gamble. The Falls were a whole lot cooler than the casino tho.
19. FIRST movie you remember seeing?
Pinocchio. I cried. That Stromboli guy was scary!
20. When was your FIRST detention?
In sixth grade, because another girl snatched the scrunchie out of my hair and stretched it out so much that it was ruined. It was the only one I had, I had BEGGED my mom to let me buy it (because scrunchies were cool at the time, and yes, it was with my money) and I knew I was not going to be able to get another one, and I got very upset with her and went and told the teacher. I guess I made such a fuss that she thought I was the one causing the problem, and even told me to calm down because it wasn't that big of a deal, and I kept explaining that it WAS a big deal because it was my ONLY scrunchie and it was RUINED but because I wouldn't just let it go, I got a detention. I got called to the office after morning announcements with all the "bad" kids and handed my detention slip. Then at the end of the day I had no idea where detention even WAS and I had to go to the office and ask, um, I have a detention, where do I go? The bad kids were really nice to me though. A whole lot nicer than the "good" kids who laughed in my face when I was upset because my scrunchie was ruined.
22. Who was your FIRST roommate?
I had a room mate when I was in spinal rehab. Her name was Casara. I was 15 at the time and she was in her 20s; we didn't talk very much.
23. If you had one wish. What would it be?
This has nothing to do with firsts. I'm not answering it.
24. What is something you would learn if you had the chance?
This doesn't have anything to do with firsts either, but if I had the chance I would prob learn another language.
25. Did you marry the FIRST person to ask for your hand in marriage?
No, I didn't. Meaning yes, someone once asked me. He was delusional, and I said no.
26. What was the first sport that you were involved in?
Ummm... I have never been involved in a sport
27. What were the first lessons you ever took?
Tap dance. But my mom wouldn't buy me tap shoes. So I was the only little girl in tap dance class who didn't tap. It was very boring going through the little practice steps without hearing my shoes make that tap sound!
28. What is the first thing you do when you get home?
Hm. Shut the door?
29. Who do you think will be the next person to post this?
Someone who will replace questions #23 and #24 with ones that actually belong in the category of "firsts?"

7, 12, 21. Hilarious :)
28. You don't open it first? Or is your wonderful boyfriend standing there to greet you with it already open?
29. Wow, you are good! (and to anyone not on my f-list and want to see my answers, friend me, I reciprocate.)
20. Yeah... Teachers a lot of times just don't seem to understand what is important for kids. AND that does explain THIS (http://lara-everlong.livejournal.com/164520.html?thread=299432#t299432) response to THIS (http://lara-everlong.livejournal.com/164520.html?thread=298152#t298152) comment a little.

Date: 2012-04-16 01:45 am (UTC)28. Well I dunno how I'd get inside if I didn't open the door, and I'm not home if I'm not inside...
20. I'm still irritated about that now.
