When "sour" is used to describe any dairy product, it belongs in the garbage, not slathered all over your food.
I know right! So gross. Yet, for some reason, I can't eat nachos without a little bit of sour cream... yet can't eat it apart from that. I don't really understand it myself. I'm not a big fan of philly either. But hummus is something I can't live without. (it's my dip of choice)
did you know that in Philly "philly" is called cream cheese?
i had to think for a minute to figure out what you were talking about, lol.
I remember being in Europe in a sandwich shop and asking the lady what was in the different sandwiches and she said one was turkey and philadelphia, and I was like, huh? It's what?
btw I like hummus too, it's... totally... innocent and harmless, lol.
I guess philly is a brand name anyway. There's regular old cream cheese, and then there's that philadelphia brand. I've had the philadelphia brand stuff once, and didn't think much of it.
